Our community offers Assisted Living, Respite Care, and a Senior Day Program in a welcoming setting where older adults can continue enjoying familiar routines, meaningful relationships, and as much independence as possible.

Below, we’ve answered some of the questions families ask us most often.

The Club at St. Cloud is an Assisted Living community in St. Cloud, Florida, where older adults can receive the support they need while continuing to enjoy the routines, choices, and relationships that make life feel familiar.

Our community includes approximately 25,000 square feet of living space and is designed for 52 residents, giving it a close-knit feel where our residents and team members can really get to know one another.

Residents enjoy home-cooked meals, daily activities, outdoor spaces, wellness and safety monitoring, personal care and medication assistance, therapy services, visiting physician partners, and access to our team members 24 hours a day.

Our goal is simple: to provide the right amount of support while helping each resident continue living life on their own terms.

Located on Old Canoe Creek Road, The Club at St. Cloud offers convenient access to major transport routes including Florida’s Turnpike and US-192, making it easier for family and friends from around Central Florida to stay connected.

Families have several healthcare options nearby. Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital is located on 17th Street in St. Cloud and provides 24-hour hospital services, while AdventHealth Centra Care St. Cloud offers nearby urgent care. Our community also works with visiting physician and therapy partners, helping bring some supportive services directly to residents.

The Club at St. Cloud is close to many of the places residents and families already know around the area. Nearby destinations include Oaks Shopping Center for everyday shopping, Lakefront Park for one of St. Cloud’s best-known outdoor gathering spaces, and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church among the area’s local faith communities.

Being part of an established St. Cloud neighborhood means residents can remain connected to the places, traditions, and people that have long been part of their lives.

Every resident comes to us with different needs, habits, and preferences, so support at The Club at St. Cloud is personalized rather than one-size-fits-all.

Depending on the resident’s care plan, our team may help with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication support, mobility, continence care, wellness and safety monitoring, meals, housekeeping, and other daily routines.

We also work with Sequoia Care’s visiting physician partners and therapy providers, which can make it easier for residents to receive additional support without having to leave the community for every appointment.

Most importantly, we want residents to keep doing the things they can and want to do for themselves. Our role is to offer a helping hand where it makes life easier, safer, and more comfortable.

Personalized care at The Club at St. Cloud starts with getting to know the person, not just their care needs. At move-in, our team works with the resident and family to create an individualized care plan built around the resident’s abilities, routines, preferences, health needs, and personal goals.

That plan may include support with personal care, medication management, mobility and safety, dining, wellness, activities, and other parts of daily life. Just as importantly, we take time to understand the details that help someone feel comfortable and at home such as how they like to start and end their day, what activities they enjoy, how much help they prefer, how they like to socialize, and what routines are important to them.

Support is tailored to what each resident can and wants to do for themselves. That may mean offering a reminder instead of hands-on help, adjusting assistance gradually as needs change, or respecting a resident’s preferred schedule and personal space. The goal is to help residents remain involved in their own daily life while providing the support that helps them feel confident and secure.

Care plans are not meant to stay the same forever. We complete an assessment at move-in as well as every 6 months and when there is a change in condition. As a resident’s needs, abilities, or preferences change, the plan can be updated so the level of support continues to feel appropriate and personal. We also work in partnership with our resident’s family to ensure they are kept in the loop about their loved one’s care.

The Club at St. Cloud offers comfortable living spaces designed to give residents a place that feels personal and easy to call home.

The Club at St. Cloud partners with Sequoia Care to give residents access to physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Depending on the individual, therapy may help with areas such as strength, balance, mobility, everyday activities, communication, and maintaining independence.

We also work with visiting physician partners, giving residents convenient access to additional healthcare support.

The community also uses August Health Electronic Health Records (EHR) to support care coordination, communication, documentation, and care planning.

These technology partnerships help us bring care and support closer to residents while keeping everyday life feeling like home.

There is always something happening at The Club at St. Cloud.

Residents have opportunities to take part in daily activities, social programs, wellness-focused activities, celebrations, games, musical entertainment, and time outdoors. The goal is not simply to keep people busy, but to give residents meaningful ways to connect, laugh, try something new, and enjoy the interests they already love.

Families often tell us they want to know what their loved one will actually do during the day, so we’re always happy to share a current activity calendar during a tour.

The Club at St. Cloud is designed to make everyday life comfortable, welcoming, and easy to enjoy.

Residents have access to community gathering areas, outdoor spaces, home-cooked meals, daily activities, therapy services, and support from team members around the clock.

Meals are an important part of the day at The Club at St. Cloud.

Residents enjoy nutritious, home-cooked meals in a comfortable community setting, with opportunities to sit with friends and turn mealtime into a familiar social routine.

Yes. The Club at St. Cloud offers Respite Care for older adults who need short-term support.

A respite stay can be helpful after an illness, injury, or hospital stay, or when a family caregiver needs time to travel, rest, or take care of other responsibilities.

Guests can receive the same welcoming support and enjoy meals, activities, companionship, and community life during their stay. Respite Care is $195 per day with a minimum stay of 7 days. It can also be a helpful way for an older adult to experience The Club at St. Cloud before making a longer-term Assisted Living decision.

Our team is happy to talk through your family’s timing and help you understand whether a respite stay may be a good option.

Yes. The Club at St. Cloud offers a Senior Day Program five days a week for older adults who would benefit from companionship, activities, meals, and supportive services during the day while continuing to live at home.

The program can be especially helpful for families balancing caregiving with work, appointments, errands, or other responsibilities. Participants can spend time with others, enjoy activities, share meals, and become part of the community during the day.

As with Respite Care, many families find that the environment Senior Day programs offer can help to ease the transition between home and making a move to an Assisted Living community. Families are welcome to ask about current availability and whether the program may be a good fit for their loved one.

Yes. The Club at St. Cloud is a pet-friendly senior living community.

For many older adults, a pet is much more than a companion. They are part of the family and part of the daily routine. Being able to bring a beloved pet may help a new apartment feel more familiar and comfortable.

If you’re hoping to move with a pet, our team can walk you through the current policy before move-in.
