Frequently Asked Questions
Assisted living is a type of senior care designed for older adults who want to maintain independence while receiving daily support. Residents live in private or semi-private spaces and receive help with activities such as bathing, dressing, and self-administration of medications. At Innovation Senior Living, our Florida assisted living communities also provide meals, housekeeping, around the clock emergency care, transportation, and opportunities for social engagement.
Services vary by location, but in general, Innovation Senior Living communities offer:
- Three daily meals plus snacks
- Assistance with personal care such as bathing and dressing
- Medication management
- Housekeeping and laundry
- 24-hour support from a caring team
- Social, recreational, and wellness programs
Start by talking with your family or caregiver about which daily tasks feel challenging. Before visiting a senior living community, consider questions like:
- What activities do I need help with?
- How often do I need support?
- What type of lifestyle do I want to create for myself?
